PEP post-exposure prophylaxis is medicine to prevent HIV after a possible exposure. PEP should be used only in emergency situations and must be started within 72 hours after a recent possible exposure to HIV.

Need access to PEP? Go to your local hospital emergency room, urgent care clinic, or local county health department to get access to PEP.

To be effective, PEP must begin within 72 hours of exposure.

Flash back to last year… Photos from our National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day celebration. We partnered with Florida Youth Club of America to have a fun, educational day at @universalorlando 🔥 This was a chance for youth to learn about the impact of HIV on young people and work together to reduce the number of new HIV infections.

We partnered with Antojitos Restaurant at City Walk Orlando and gave these youth a super VIP experience! Our goal was to create a safe space for them to learn, be vulnerable yet informative. After our 9th Period educational course, we asked the youth to create vision boards that would inspire them to remain sexually healthy! There was SO MUCH CREATIVITY! Thank you to everyone involved in making this day possible! 🫶🏾🎉
